Spicy Shrimp Sauce






ingredients:
250 grams already moderately sized, washed with lime so as not fishy
5 cloves garlic puree
3 cloves shallot puree
1/2 parts onion, sliced ​​lengthwise
2 pieces of orange leaves
125 ml bottled chili sauce
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Cooking oil to taste
sufficient water
How to Make :
1.      Heat oil, saute ground spices and onions until fragrant.
2.      Add a bottle of chili sauce, lime leaves, salt, pepper and give a little water if too thick. Stir until well blended.
3.      Enter the shrimp, stir until prawns change color and mature.
4.      Lift shrimp and serve while warm.
